massage
Our licensed massage therapists provide thoughtful, therapeutic care in a space where all bodies and identities are welcomed, respected, and supported. We are proud to offer an inclusive, gender-affirming and body-affirming environment—honoring people of all sizes, shapes, and lived experiences—so you can feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for.
Each of our therapists has a strong understanding of human anatomy and common musculoskeletal conditions. They work closely with our doctors to ensure your diagnosis and treatment plan are clearly understood and carried through in your care. Every session is personalized—meeting you where you are and adapting to your comfort level, preferences, and goals.
We offer a variety of techniques and will tailor your massage to your individual needs, including:
Myofascial release
Deep tissue massage
Trigger point therapy
Sports massage
Ashiatsu
Cupping
Thai massage
Our goal is to support your healing in a way that feels both effective and nurturing, helping you move and feel your best.

Not at all — you undress to whatever level feels comfortable for you. You'll be professionally draped with a sheet throughout your entire session, and only the area being worked on will ever be uncovered. Your comfort and privacy are always a priority here.

Some insurance plans cover massage when it's recommended for a medical condition. We can provide a receipt or superbill to help you seek reimbursement. Give your insurer a quick call to check your specific benefits, and we're happy to help with the paperwork.

For general wellness and stress relief, once or twice a month works wonderfully for most people. If you're recovering from an injury or managing chronic muscle tension, your therapist may suggest more frequent Care at the start.
-
We'd suggest avoiding a big meal within an hour of your session — you'll feel much more comfortable. Drinking plenty of water before and after helps your body make the most of your care.

There are a few situations — like active infections, certain skin conditions, blood clots, or recent surgery — where we'd want to take a different approach. Just let us know about any health concerns when you book, and we'll make sure your care is safe and right for you.
