FAQS
What insurance do you accept?
Dr. Brown, Dr. Lindsay Johnson, and Dr. Ryan Gloeckner are in-network with the following insurance companies:
Providence, Moda, Pacific Source, Regence (most plans), Aetna (No massage), and Health Net (No massage).
Dr. Gloeckner also accepts Cigna and Kaiser/Heraya (No massage).
Dr. Lindsay also accepts Kaiser/Heraya plans for specialist Naturopathic care.
Dr. Adriana Sandoval is in-network with Moda, Pacific Source, Worker’s Comp and Motor Vehicle Accidents
All doctors are NOT in-network with:
Medicare, United Healthcare, or OHP/Care Oregon.
We are not in the Regence Individual and Family Plan network. The network is listed on the upper right corner of your Regence insurance card.
Kaiser/CHP, American Specialty Health (some Prov plans), and Aetna do NOT cover massage at our clinic. Even with referral they will require that you go to a directly contracted LMT, which we do not have.
We have time-of-service pricing at a reduced rate for anyone without insurance or who has an out-of-network insurance plan. Feel free to call our office with any insurance coverage questions.
I was in a car accident. Should I see a chiropractor?
Chiropractic care has been proven to be an effective form of treatment after a motor vehicle collision. The seriousness of the physical effects of an accident is not always known or felt immediately following a car accident. Even smaller accidents can affect your neck or back. Any body part that is jarred or thrown forward unexpectedly and beyond normal limits can sustain stretched ligaments and even tears.
Chiropractors specialize in recognizing common injuries associated with car accidents. Early and consistent treatment after a car accident has been proven to decrease the risk of long-term problems.
In Oregon, medical personal injury protection is required for all auto insurances. If you have opened a claim for your car, it will be no hit to your premium or extra cost to you to also open your personal injury protection claim. This must be done through your own insurance company.
Will my car accident be covered by car insurance?
If you open medical PIP with your personal insurance company, they will give you a claim number and will pay for all medical services (up to a certain amount of money) related to the accident.
This includes Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and Massage at our clinic.
We accept all Motor Vehicle Insurance companies.
