chiropractic

Expect to spend about an hour at our clinic on your first visit.  We'll perform a thorough history and physical examination in order to identify the cause of your concern. We may order tests such as X-rays, MRI's, or other laboratory tests to help establish a diagnosis. We'll then work with you to develop a treatment plan.

We may prescribe massage, physical therapy, or acupuncture in conjunction with your treatment. We work closely with many other medical providers in the community, such as primary care naturopathic and allopathic physicians. We will readily refer to other medical specialists, such as an internist, a physiatrist, an orthopedic surgeon, or neurosurgeon, when chiropractic care will not appropriately address your concern.

Massage

Our licensed massage therapists specialize in therapeutic massage care.  They have a keen understanding of human anatomy and common musculoskeletal conditions. They work closely with the doctor to assure each individual's specific diagnosis and treatment plan are understood and met. They are well versed in many modalities and customize each massage to each person's unique needs.  Common types of massage include: myofacial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Ashiatsu, cupping, and Thai massage.

Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is a healthcare discipline focused on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of functional limitations. It utilizes techniques such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and improves physical function, reduces pain, and prevents further injury or disability.

In a chiropractic setting, physical therapy complements chiropractic care by supporting the structural adjustments with targeted rehabilitation strategies. Chiropractors can use physical therapy to:

  • Strengthen muscles and joints – Helps support your spine and reduce the chance of the problem coming back.

  • Improve posture and movement – Teaches your body how to move better and avoid putting stress on your back, neck, or joints.

  • Reduce pain naturally – Uses methods like stretching, massage, heat, cold, or electrical stimulation to ease pain without medication.

  • Rebuild after injury – Helps with recovery after accidents, sports injuries, or surgeries by safely guiding your body back to strength.

Naturopathic

Our Naturopathy services provide a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Rooted in evidence-based natural medicine, our licensed Naturopathic Doctors work closely with patients to identify and treat the root causes of illness, rather than just the symptoms.

Whether you're managing a chronic condition, seeking preventive care, or looking to enhance your overall vitality, our naturopathic approach is designed to restore balance and support long-term wellness. Integrating seamlessly with our chiropractic care, our Naturopathy services emphasize patient education and empowerment, providing you with the tools and guidance needed to achieve optimal health, naturally!

ASHIATSU

In the Japanese language “Ashi” translates to foot and “Atsu” into pressure. Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, Ashiatsu therapists are able to provide an effective therapeutic massage with consistent pressure without causing pain or discomfort.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle and profound approach to healing used to ease pain and improve health holistically by directly affecting the central nervous system. Craniosacral therapy evaluates the motion of cerebrospinal fluid in the dural tube by listening to the craniosacral rhythm throughout the body. Using very light touch, restrictions in the craniosacral rhythm are released—this stimulates the body’s own healing mechanisms. Our naturopath can incorporate craniosacral into some sessions.
