Alyssa Baldwin, LMT
As a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, I am passionate about helping clients relieve pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their bodies.
My approach is slow, intentional, and tailored to each session. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Swedish Relaxation, and assisted stretching. I work layer by layer to release tension, improve mobility, and create changes that feel both grounding and lasting. I recently graduated from Loi Kroh Massage in Thailand with an Advanced Thai Massage Certification, and I incorporate Thai techniques into my Deep Tissue and Sports Massage sessions.
My sessions are trauma-informed, holistic, and centered around balance. My 10+ years of personal practice in yoga, strength and mobility training, outdoor movement, and kinesiology deeply inform my work. Together, these experiences shape sessions that focus on restoring harmony in the body while meeting each client where they are, supporting their goals in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.
Being an Oregon native, my free time is (to no surprise) tailored around getting into nature. I enjoy hiking, live music, painting, rock-climbing, playing guitar, a good pastry, and laughter with loved ones.
