Dr. Adriana Sandoval, PT

Dr. Adriana Sandoval is bilingual, Spanish-speaking physical therapist and a proud first-generation Latina. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. She began her academic journey at Oregon State University, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2013

Dr. Adriana Sandoval specializes in musculoskeletal injuries affecting the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, foot/ankle, and TMJ dysfunction. She holds a Level 1 certification in Myofascial Decompression (MFD) and is certified by the McKenzie Institute USA in the McKenzie Method® of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) for lumbar spine, TMD and Cervical Spine Management through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. She also has expertise in integrated concussion management and is currently pursuing additional certification in pre- and post-pregnancy exercise and rehabilitation.

Movement is central to Adriana’s approach because it is both powerful and essential for healing. She understands that people from all backgrounds experience pain and healing differently and believes in treating each person as an individual. She encourages patients to trust their bodies, guiding them through recovery with evidence-based care that respects diverse cultures and perspectives. She strives to create a collaborative, supportive environment where individuals feel confident and inspired to move, no matter what chapter of life they are in.
