Dr. Rob Bach, DC

Dr. Rob Bach, DC

Dr. Bach hails from Flint, Michigan. Prior to pursuing his doctorate in chiropractic, he studied biochemistry at Ferris State University. He worked in pharmaceutical research as a radiochemist where he found himself wanting to pursue a career in a field that involved a more direct approach to working with people. After receiving chiropractic care for a neck and shoulder injury from a softball game, he decided to commit his life to becoming a chiropractic physician.

He joined Sunstone Chiropractic as an independent contractor doing business as Mountain Park Chiropractic LLC.

Dr. Bach places importance on educating and informing his patients regarding the cause of their pain and gold-standard conservative treatment options based on evidence and reasoning. He has a keen understanding of musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and the arms and legs. This includes but is not limited to carpal tunnel, tennis and golfer’s elbow, rotator cuff injuries, and pain in the knee and hip.

Dr. Bach places value on the fact that our joints and muscles live to serve each other and with this understanding, he uses several therapeutic exercises and soft tissue techniques in conjunction with manual chiropractic adjustments to address his patients’ concerns. He has worked with athletes of all levels from junior high to college teams involved in basketball, football, baseball, swimming, soccer, wrestling, golf, lacrosse, volleyball, track and field, and skateboarding.

His free time is spent with his spouse and their rescue dogs. They can be found exploring the Oregon coast and Pacific Northwest hiking trails. Dr. Bach plays indoor and outdoor volleyball and enjoys playing his guitar, gardening, and reading.
